What you will do

• Lead and mentor 4-8 React developers, fostering technical growth and best practices.
• Architect and design scalable, maintainable React applications focusing on performance and user experience.
• Drive technical decisions on frameworks, libraries, and tooling within the React ecosystem.
• Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure code quality across the team.
• Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and architectural issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role.
• Deep expertise in React patterns, hooks, context, and component architecture.
• Strong proficiency in state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, MobX, or React Query).
• Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, esbuild) and RESTful APIs/GraphQL integration.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks for SSR/SSG.
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures and module federation.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries (Material UI, Chakra, Ant Design).
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
