TL;DR
Senior Designer (Retail): Collaborating and delivering UX experiences across the Retail product team for businesses, with an accent on turning nebulous concepts into specific, useful, and delightful end-to-end digital product experiences. Focus on designing holistic systems, flows, and interfaces while leveraging design systems, prototyping, and user research.
Location: Hybrid role based in central Tbilisi, Georgia. Flexible work culture with the option to work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 60 days per year.

What you will do
- Lead high-level design projects with autonomy, facilitating design studios and working sessions.
- Leverage UX expertise, design systems, UI design, and micro-interactions to deliver solutions.
- Transform complex concepts into delightful and useful digital product experiences.
- Design simple, elegant, and user-friendly holistic systems, flows, and interfaces.
- Utilize research and data insights to develop tangible solutions.
- Advocate for users and oversee UX from conception to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience.
- Applied experience with service design practices and evolving design processes.
- Experience across all digital and physical manifestations of what we design.
- Strong aesthetic, conceptual, communication, and visualization skills.
- Fluency in design systems, prototyping, user research methodologies, Figma, Google Suite, and JIRA.
- Confident spoken and written English language skills (B2+).
