What you will do
- Collaborate to produce design/adaptation for client briefs across digital, print, and social content.
- Ensure consistency and quality of deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Act as a brand guardian with strong knowledge of brand guidelines.
- Communicate and present projects effectively to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
- Monitor industry trends, brands, AI, automation, and marketing developments.
- Manage multiple projects proactively, delivering final artwork and toolkits for digital and print material.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in design, artwork, and production.
- Solid portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various platforms with a focus on print.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and a desire to embrace new software and efficiency-led AI platforms.
- Appreciation of contemporary photography, positioning, cropping, and basic retouching skills.
- Solid typography, layout, and technical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding how to work across online banners (static and animated) and social media posts (primarily Instagram and Facebook).
- Comfortable creating artwork for advertising, POS, branding, and marketing campaigns.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of automation software and willingness to embrace them.
