What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements.
• Manually test software functionality and conduct regression testing to ensure quality.
• Identify, document, and report defects using bug tracking tools and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Communicate testing progress and results clearly to stakeholders and participate in project meetings.
• Continuously improve QA methodologies, processes, and documentation.
• Assess risks related to software changes and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Must be located in Ukraine (Lviv or Kyiv).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manual testing and quality assurance with proficiency in test planning and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level) and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with testing tools like Selenium or Postman.
• Knowledge of multiple operating systems and devices for testing.
• Russian language skills.
