TL;DR

Junior/Mid Performance Marketing Manager International Client Lead (D2C): Managing and optimizing paid direct-to-consumer e-commerce marketing campaigns with an accent on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and client communication. Focus on implementing and calibrating international marketing strategies, analyzing data, and delivering quantifiable results for leading brands.

Location: Hybrid role based in Bratislava, Slovakia, with 3 home office days per week. International relocation support to Slovakia can be agreed upon if needed.

Salary: 1500-2500 EUR gross per month

What you will do

  • Manage client projects and ensure delivery of quantifiable marketing results.
  • Implement and optimize strategies across all Google Ads products (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Display, Discovery, Merchant Center) and Meta Ads.
  • Manage media spend for large-scale, international campaigns to meet specific business goals.
  • Educate, communicate, and manage relationships with senior management from your client portfolio.
  • Prepare and regularly update reports for clients to help them understand their digital marketing performance.
  • Participate in growing the D2C team and develop new digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Excellent communications skills in English (minimum C1).
  • Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience in managing D2C E-Commerce marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Google's Ad products beyond Search Ads (Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Display, Discovery).
  • Experience with Meta Ads (Catalog Ads, ASC+ and other campaign types).
  • Analytical, contextual, and critical thinker with problem-solving skills for numerical data.
  • Proficient in Excel for analyzing and synthesizing numerical data.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge and experience in running paid campaigns on platforms like Tiktok, Pinterest, Reddit.
  • Experience with Shopify.
