What you will do
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Prepare, configure, and deploy IT equipment and accounts for new hires.
- Manage and resolve IT tickets within defined SLAs using an ITSM system.
- Troubleshoot Google Workspace tools and support Microsoft environment migrations.
- Maintain asset inventory and track equipment.
- Support onsite users and coordinate with remote sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Admin basics).
- Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Windows, O365).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
Nice to have
- Experience with Jira / Jira Service Management (JSM).
- Familiarity with JumpCloud.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or other device management tools.
- Previous internship or help desk experience (1 year).
