Location: Hybrid role, based in Warszawa, Poland, with collaboration across teams in Denmark, Sweden, and Poland.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and scale Jabra’s UI desihirify.global system in close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Ensure high technical and visual UI standards by collaborating with front-end developers and assessing Storybook implementations.
• Translate product and technical requirements into robust, elegant, and implementation-ready UI solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and senior developers to jointly own UX outcomes and create cohesive end-to-end experiences.
• Ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across UI and Front-End desihirify.global within the Jabra+ digital ecosystem.
• Take part in desihirify.global reviews and cross-functional workshops, promoting high-quality UI standards and accessibility.

Requirements

• Relevant degree within desihirify.global, human-computer interaction, digital media, or a related field.
• Experienced UI desihirify.globaler with a portfolio showcasing complex, scalable software solutions.
• Extensive experience creating intuitive, accessible, and consistent user interfaces for complex enterprise applications.
• Adept at working with stakeholders and effectively interacting with product, engineering, and organizational leadership.
• Comfortable guiding UI decisions, setting standards, and balancing user needs with technical and business constraints.
• English B2+ required.

• Experience with desihirify.global systems and component-based UI frameworks.
• Cross-product or platform desihirify.global within large software portfolios.
• Collaborative desihirify.global in distributed, cross-cultural teams.
• Experience in enterprise or B2B software environments.
