What you will do

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales leadership) to drive product and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Transform technical product information and non-sales materials into clear, compelling, and actionable content for GTM teams.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement programs, including onboarding, bootcamps, continuous training, and certifications.
  • Craft high-impact enablement materials in various formats, such as presentations, videos, playbooks, and toolkits.
  • Maintain and organize centralized content repositories (Confluence Sales Hub), ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Act as a key liaison between the sales organization and the wider company, managing internal communication channels.
  • Contribute to the planning, organization, and content creation for the annual Sales Kick-Off.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the payments sector and possess an expert understanding of end-to-end payment flows.
  • Possess 2+ years of professional experience in a Sales, Revenue, Product Enablement, Product Marketing, Account Management, or Sales role within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of enterprise sales motions and the unique needs of various Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
  • Collaborate effectively across the organization and engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency, excel at prioritizing competing demands, and adapt seamlessly to a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring every task is completed with accuracy and excellence.
