TL;DR

Solutions Planning Account Executive (Advertising): Supporting the development and delivery of integrated media solutions for key clients with an accent on coordinating planning, managing campaigns, and financial administration. Focus on translating client briefs into actionable plans, tracking campaign data, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom. Teams are in the office around four days a week. Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in this location.

What you will do

• Support Account Managers in responding to client briefs and coordinating integrated media solutions across various channels.
• Prepare planning documentation, timelines, and internal briefs to ensure seamless delivery.
• Take ownership of Insertion Order (IO) booking setups and track campaigns across multiple solutions.
• Manage the collation and setup of creative assets and tags required for campaign activation.
• Coordinate with Activation teams to track campaign metric data and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support financial management, including bookings, reconciliations, and budget tracking.

Requirements

• Strong organisation and time management skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail for consistently accurate work across planning, finance, and reporting.
• Clear and confident communication and collaboration skills with a range of stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Foundational understanding of media planning and the modern advertising ecosystem.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with openness to learning new platforms and AI-enabled tools.
• Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in this location.

• Previous experience in an agency, media, marketing, or account support role.
