Location: The role is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, with a flexible hybrid work schedule (up to 50 days of work from home per year) after the first three months. Travel to other offices, primarily to Bucharest, Romania, is required.

What you will do

• Act as an internal consultant on strategic projects, providing project management, analytical support, and problem-solving expertise across the group.
• Conduct executive-level performance analysis, including KPI tracking, and data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive growth, operational efficiency, and organisational development.
• Facilitate executive communication and alignment by preparing strategic briefs, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Master’s in Economics, Finance, Politics or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or corporate development.
• Proven experience from management consulting or similar.
• Strong financial acumen, project management skills, and ability to work across functions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience navigating senior leadership and cross-cultural teams.
• Willingness to travel for events, meetings, and market research activities.
