What you will do

• Participate in system software development for next-generation automation systems.
• Join the Automation Platform R&D unit to develop and maintain the hirify.global DNAe product.
• Design and implement new features for a distributed control system.
• Maintain and enhance the current codebase to ensure long-term product quality.
• Work in a world-class, cross-functional R&D team using modern agile methods.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience, preferably with C++.
• Proven experience in embedded systems or middleware framework development.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reliable code with robust unit testing.
• Familiarity with test automation and CI/CD practices; experience with Git, Jenkins, and JIRA is a plus.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Software Engineering or a related field.
• English: B2+ (spoken and written) required.
