Location: Requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week.

hirify.global is a company developing a CI dashboard system called Beats that aggregates CI automation results and produces analytical reports for engineering and QA teams.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Python backend for a high-load CI Dashboard.
• Work with existing codebases, identifying bottlenecks and reducing technical debt.
• Design and implement performance and efficiency improvements for data processing and report generation.
• Own data model and storage efficiency, including schemas, indexes, and query optimization.
• Strengthen engineering quality through tests, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Drive an evolutionary redesign, refactoring critical modules and improving data processing pipeline architecture.

Requirements

• Strong Python backend experience (3+ years).
• Hands-on experience with high-load systems, including profiling and performance optimization.
• Strong SQL/PostgreSQL skills, including query tuning.
• Understanding of distributed systems and reliability practices.
• Experience maintaining and evolving large existing/legacy codebases.
• Familiarity with observability: metrics, logs, traces, and alerting.

Nice to have

• Kafka / queues / stream processing experience.
• ClickHouse / columnar stores or analytics data marts experience.
• Caching strategies (Redis), pre-aggregation, materialized views.
• Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, performance/load testing.
• Experience building reporting/analytics platforms.
