A high-growth consumer tech company in finding a Global TA Manager to lead international recruitment operations.
💼 Based in Dubai, this role manages a team of 4 and will oversee hiring across global markets
💰 Salary: AED 30–35K/month + benefits

What we're looking for:
✅ Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition (at least 2 years leading a team)
✅ Strong global hiring experience – scaling across multiple countries
✅ Strategic + operational mindset
✅ Great communicator, data-driven, and proactive problem-solver
✅ Comfortable in fast-paced, tech-driven environments
You’ll be the bridge between hiring plans and execution, leading full-cycle recruiting and embedding scalable, diverse, and compliant hiring practices.
