What you will do

• Develop prototype solutions, mathematical models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and provide optimization recommendations for KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, business analysts, and data engineers to understand and support their use cases.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
• Drive innovation by exploring new experimentation methods and statistical techniques.
• Cross-train other team members and continuously learn new technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science solutions development.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience applying various machine learning techniques including regression, classification, clustering, time series prediction, or recommendation systems.
• 4+ years of experience in Python development for machine learning solutions and statistical analysis using libraries like Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or LightGBM.
• 2+ years experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• 1+ year of experience with MLOps, including integration of reliable Machine Learning Pipelines in Production, Docker, containerization, and orchestration.
• 2+ years of experience with Clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML Services.
