Requirements

• Deep E‑Commerce expertise with significant experience working with or for Amazon.
• 10 to 15 years of experience working in FMCG or Beauty.
• Proven success leading pure‑player strategies at regional or global scale.
• Expertise in complex negotiations and full P&L ownership with evidence of ROI optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills to translate strategy into locally relevant, actionable plans.
• Ability to navigate matrix structures and influence multi‑market stakeholders.
