Location: Remote work is possible with core working hours 12:00 - 18:00 GMT+8 (Philippines timezone), or office-based in Manila, Philippines. Periodic team meetups are expected for remote staff.

What you will do

• Design web interfaces, product pages, and landing pages for customer-facing and internal financial products.
• Research user experience, identify pain points, propose solutions, and drive them to release.
• Develop and expand the design system, creating components in collaboration with designers and developers.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure precise implementation of your solutions.
• Contribute to building a strong product culture focused on quality and speed.

Requirements

• Experience working in startups and shaping the product, not just designing mockups.
• Background in fintech, investment platforms, crypto, or IT big tech.
• Ability to balance a data-driven approach with research, leveraging analytics, user feedback, and market trends.
• Understanding of front-end basics to clearly brief developers.
• Excellent command of Figma.
• Experience working with design systems (creation or support).
• English at B1–B2 level is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion-design and micro-animations (Jitter, Rive, AE etc).
• 3D skills (Cinema, Blender).
