What you will do
- Act as a servant leader, role model, and Lean-Agile coach to Agile Service Delivery Teams, fostering a transparent and psychologically safe working environment.
- Drive employee growth through professional development frameworks and support high engagement.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees, collaborating with Agile Team Leaders for optimal resource planning and allocation.
- Provide input for organizational structure, job requirements, and headcount, and participate in defining compensation and benefits.
- Share responsibility for project delivery, coordination, escalations, and removing impediments.
- Apply system and design thinking to optimize organizational structure, processes, and operational framework in collaboration with European Delivery Centers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in similar service delivery positions, particularly with scaled agile frameworks.
- Experience leading teams and working in a complex matrix organization.
- Ability to build and maintain trust within teams and stakeholders, including conflict mediation.
- Functional, technical, or project management experience.
- Structured, well-organized with a focus on details.
- Must be able to work APAC shift hours.
- Required to work 2 days a week in the office in Manila.
