What you will do
- Own the data product strategy for the entire credit card lifecycle, including acquisition, underwriting, engagement, and collections.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen credit card data foundations and enable advanced ML/AI use cases.
- Manage data governance, quality, and enablement across analytics, science, and operations teams.
- Create and execute strategic roadmaps that prioritize scalability and flexibility while meeting business goals.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, and Marketing to drive end-to-end delivery of new data-powered features.
- Advise business leaders on leveraging data to identify opportunities and improve operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading data strategy and developing complex data products.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end, cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change.
- Technical fluency in data flows, database languages, and modern data stack best practices.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on mindset with experience diagnosing root-cause data issues and proposing technical solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and mentor other team members.
