What you will do

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies to foster Nu's culture, values, and priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and media outlets to secure positive media coverage.
• Craft compelling content, including press releases, talking points, internal announcements, and meeting materials.
• Identify potential issues or crises, and implement effective communication strategies to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to deploy effective communication strategies and tactics.

Requirements

• Solid experience with communications of public companies, ideally in the tech or financial sectors.
• Strategic thinking with the capability to create and execute integrated communications plans with agility and accountability.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and cultures.
• Project management skills to develop and deliver different and simultaneous workstreams.
• Previous experience in crisis management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
