What you will do

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable revenue processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive innovation across CRM and revenue tools for the Sales team.
  • Own end-to-end annual revenue planning cycles with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive leadership.
  • Oversee account, opportunity, and territory assignments in hirify.global’s CRM.
  • Design and continuously improve forecasting methodology to increase accuracy and confidence.
  • Drive initiatives that improve pipeline quality, speed, and conversion across segments.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales/revenue operations at fast-growing companies.
  • Advanced data analysis capabilities, adept at translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience driving annual planning across sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Clari, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter motivated to thrive in a dynamic, unstructured hyper-growth technology startup environment.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • English: B2 required
