What you will do

• Own and evolve core systems for building, testing, and deploying software, shaping the code-to-customer process.
• Build and scale developer tooling, CI, and deployment infrastructure to reduce friction and increase reliability.
• Act as a force multiplier for engineering teams by removing bottlenecks and standardizing best practices.
• Drive improvements in engineering velocity and system health using instrumentation, data, and automation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and security partners to embed safety, reliability, and scalability into development practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience improving developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, or internal platforms with reliability and usability in mind.
• Hands-on experience with multi-regional applications employing background jobs and database migrations.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally, aligning stakeholders and driving adoption of shared tooling.
• A data-driven mindset where you define clear success metrics, measure outcomes, and iterate.

• Prior experience with Ruby/Rails.
