Network Operations Manager

TL;DR

Network Operations Manager (IT): Ensuring network availability, performance, and security by managing incidents, problems, and changes with an accent on defining and implementing network security policies. Focus on coordinating with internal teams, external providers, and vendors for patching, upgrades, and continuous improvements to maintain compliance with security, audit, and internal policies.

What you will do

• Manage incidents, problems, and changes to ensure network availability, performance, and capacity.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external providers, and vendors.
• Plan and execute patching, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• 6+ years of professional experience in Network Operations / Network Management roles.
• Strong understanding of networking principles, communication protocols, and architectures (OSI, TCP/IP).
• Solid knowledge of network security concepts and technologies, including Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS.
• Experience defining and implementing network security policies, access control policies, and security best practices.
• Ability to analyze and resolve network security incidents, including log analysis, risk assessment, and threat mitigation.
