Business Development Intern: Developing messaging, identifying target personas, and crafting account strategies for sales representatives with an accent on research, targeted outreach, and client engagement. Focus on collaborating with sales teams, creating strategic campaigns, and mastering various client interaction mediums.
Location: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
Salary: $27.00/hr

What you will do
- Partner with sales representatives to develop messaging, identify target personas, and craft account strategies.
- Research target accounts, identify key players, and create targeted lists, call strategies, and outreach campaigns.
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social messaging, events, and other mediums.
Requirements
- Current student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- No previous professional experience required.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
