What you will do

• Work on analog design for high-speed and high-performance SerDes development in advanced technology nodes (5nm, 3nm, 2nm and beyond).
• Participate in SerDes Architecture Development with DSP, Analog, and Digital design teams.
• Provide instructions to layout engineers.
• Work with AE for IP characterization and validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
• Experience in designing mixed-signal circuits including ADCs, DACs, RX, TX, PLLs, Filters, Bandgap bias circuits, regulators, and other analog circuits.
• Knowledge and experience in low-power and high-speed design techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Verilog.
• Lab testing skills to evaluate prototype units to design specification.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled information may be required, potentially affecting non-U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents without specific export licensing approval.
