What you will do

• Operate and administer messaging and streaming platforms like Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Integrate messaging systems with data pipelines.
• Manage clusters, including deployments, scalability, tuning, and monitoring.
• Support data pipelines and workloads in Apache Spark.
• Implement security, governance, and observability practices.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of AMQP, topics, queues, partitions, offsets, and delivery guarantees.
• Experience with automation and DataOps (Ansible, Terraform, Python, and/or Bash).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed and critical systems.
• Mandatory certification in Messaging Administration.

Nice to have

• Experience with ingestion tools such as Debezium or Apache NiFi.
