What you will do

• Generate innovative ideas for conversational AI strategy and craft compelling business cases.
• Architect, develop, and mature chatbot solutions as they scale from a successful pilot to a global product.
• Leverage pre-trained language models and AI-as-a-Service, optimizing with NLP and ML expertise.
• Design and implement novel frameworks to evaluate agent performance at scale, focusing on resolution quality and safety.
• Collaborate closely with Machine Learning Engineers to deploy, maintain, and enhance models.
• Foster team collaboration, establish best practices for NLP/conversational AI, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in data science and machine learning methodologies, especially for NLP tasks in production.
• Proven experience designing and building novel evaluation frameworks for generative AI systems (e.g., LLM-as-a-Judge).
• Proven experience with LLM agents, RAG, automated pipelines, and tool usage.
• Strong understanding of Deep Learning fundamentals and transformer models.
• Advanced proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, pandas, NLTK, spaCy, etc.) and strong proficiency in SQL.
• Proven experience in getting models to production, scaling, and maintaining them for long-term success.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including testing, git, code reviews, and model lifecycle management.
• Experience with Docker containers.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2)
