What you will do

• Craft engaging web brand experiences across various assets, including landing pages, emails, banners, social media, presentations, and events.
• Develop innovative concepts and articulate them clearly.
• Take full ownership of design projects, partnering with Brand Design to maintain consistent brand identity across UX/UI design and digital assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information, understand objectives, and strategize visual communication approaches.
• Create fully responsive, pixel-perfect websites and pages.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and managers to bring projects to life and deliver high-quality, accessible digital products within tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a professional design environment, with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Business-level proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Experienced with design programs such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong attention to detail in design and layouts.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with stakeholders based primarily in the U.S.

• CMS experience is a significant advantage.
