What you will do

• Own and guide the technical direction for agent identity, authentication, authorization, and secrets management platforms.
• Design and implement how AI agents establish identity, receive dynamic access, and securely interact with sensitive systems.
• Shape long-term architecture and anticipate technical risks for systems spanning machine- and human-facing workflows.
• Lead by example through high-impact implementation and mentor other engineers.
• Proactively identify critical technical problems and drive solutions from concept through delivery.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and influence decisions across various stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in backend and systems development with a track record of owning large-scale or security-critical systems end-to-end.
• Experience designing and operating secure, scalable, and reliable distributed, cloud-based architectures.
• Comfortable working with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, make high-impact technical decisions, and guide others through complex tradeoffs.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with an ability to influence and align teams.
• Passion for knowledge sharing and elevating the technical bar for peers and the team.

Nice to have

• Experience or a strong interest in identity, authentication, authorization, and secrets management, applied to AI and agent frameworks.
