Senior Account Manager (Healthcare)

Senior Account Manager (Healthcare): Serving as the primary liaison between BioPharm and client brand and agency teams, ensuring the seamless execution of omnichannel HCP marketing programs with an accent on proactive identification of opportunities to enhance value and drive organic growth. Focus on tactical excellence with emerging strategic input, and strengthen client partnerships.
Location: Hybrid schedule, In-office 3 days per week

What you will do
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact, managing expectations and communication.
- Translate client objectives into actionable program plans across teams.
- Lead the execution of programs from kickoff through launch and performance readouts.
- Monitor and manage project budgets and scope compliance.
- Surface emerging insights and optimization opportunities through program analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–5 years in a healthcare advertising, med comms, or HCP marketing agency role.
- Familiarity with HCP omnichannel tactics.
- Strong communication skills with experience leading client-facing discussions.
- Proficiency in managing multiple simultaneous workstreams in a deadline-driven environment.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; familiarity with WorkFront tools a plus.
