Location: Hybrid role in London, UK. You must be able to work from the London office at least 2 days per week (3 days per week during the first 6 months). You are required to have permission to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 / year

• Work on a suite of innovative products that monitor over US$20 trillion in assets under management.
• Drive innovation and deliver software sustainably, focusing on a modern tech stack.
• Take ownership of your work, seeking support when needed, and caring about product and client outcomes.
• Evolve the codebase and core technology to be distributed, cloud-native, and resource/cost-effective.
• Identify and implement improvements to code, processes, and practices, seeking to optimize workflows.

Requirements

• Mid-level engineer with generalist knowledge of product development concepts (software design, product requirements, work breakdown).
• Proficient in agile practices (TDD, CI/CD, architecture).
• Comfortable writing code in C#, Java, or Python.
• Ability to articulate the value of your work, own and deliver solutions, and work with ambiguity.
• Comfortable asking for and giving feedback, helping others, and participating in team conversations.
• Permission to work in the UK without visa sponsorship is required.
