French Market Technical Support Specialist

French Market Technical Support Specialist: Providing technical product support to customers in the EMEA region for a SaaS platform with an accent on troubleshooting POS and payment hardware issues. Focus on platform configuration, bug tracking, and delivering excellent customer service.

What you will do
- Be the first point of contact for customers via calls, tickets, and email.
- Consult with customers to provide information about products and platform builds.
- Learn the platform inside out and be hands-on with its configuration.
- Troubleshoot technical hardware issues that occur with POS and payment terminals.
- Document, submit, and track platform bugs until resolved (using JIRA).
- Deliver excellent customer service and work closely with the team.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a SaaS or POS payments business.
- Must be a fluent C1 French and C1 English speaker.
- Formal IT qualifications (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a bonus).
- Experience using ticketing systems like Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience troubleshooting payment systems and APIs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
