TL;DR

French Market Technical Support Specialist: Providing technical product support to customers in the EMEA region for a SaaS platform with an accent on troubleshooting POS and payment hardware issues. Focus on platform configuration, bug tracking, and delivering excellent customer service.

Location: Must reside in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina

What you will do

  • Be the first point of contact for customers via calls, tickets, and email.
  • Consult with customers to provide information about products and platform builds.
  • Learn the platform inside out and be hands-on with its configuration.
  • Troubleshoot technical hardware issues that occur with POS and payment terminals.
  • Document, submit, and track platform bugs until resolved (using JIRA).
  • Deliver excellent customer service and work closely with the team.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a SaaS or POS payments business.
  • Must be a fluent C1 French and C1 English speaker.
  • Formal IT qualifications (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a bonus).
  • Experience using ticketing systems like Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Experience troubleshooting payment systems and APIs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
