Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, NOC, or customer support roles.
• Basic knowledge of Cisco networking technologies (Wireless or LAN Switching).
• Understanding of general networking concepts and connectivity fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• English level B2 or higher is required.
