What you will do
- Provide IT support to customers regarding technical issues related to their Digital Workplace.
- Analyze and resolve most common enquiries and issues.
- Cooperate with IT specialist teams to deal with more complex technical issues.
- Drive continuous improvement within the Service Desk organization.
- Potentially act as a Team Lead within the Service Desk.
Requirements
- Experience providing IT support to customers.
- Ability to analyze and resolve common and some more complex technical issues.
- Strong cooperation skills with IT specialist teams.
- English: B2 required
