Location: Minsk, BY. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in the office. Candidates will also have 20 business days per year to work from anywhere in the world.

What you will do
- Source, negotiate, and sign deals with gaming studios globally, focusing on the CIS and Eastern European markets.
- Onboard and manage new partner studios, ensuring smooth collaboration and driving measurable results.
- Lead the full lifecycle of game development, from ideation to launch, securing innovative mobile games.
- Conduct competitive analysis of the mobile gaming landscape, including user behavior and key metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and marketers as an end-to-end product owner.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product/project management, or a related role within the mobile gaming industry.
- Hands-on experience in managing negotiations and finalizing contractual agreements.
- Proven experience in leading the ideation and development of new mobile games or apps, from concept through to production.
- Russian language proficiency is required for this role, as it includes working with studios from CIS countries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

- Experience working on mobile games with a proven track record of successful planning, development, and launches.
- Strong understanding of the latest trends in mobile gaming.
- Previous experience in a startup environment.
