What you will do

• Set the cadence for team communication, collaboration, and culture.
• Coach Solutions Engineers in the META region across sales and technical disciplines.
• Work with Enterprise prospects and customers, improving team's technical expertise and customer success standards.
• Lead the hiring, onboarding, enablement, and technical pre-sales performance of Solutions Engineers.
• Coordinate team resources for greatest customer impact and provide guidance on specific assistance or escalations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Support) to create scalable solutions for customer needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role with at least 10 years of related industry experience.
• Demonstrable experience in coaching, leadership skills, or team management.
• Demonstrable experience in understanding and solving escalations and team issues.
• Proven track record of successfully partnering with account executives and customer success teams to deliver solutions.
• Proven track record in the technical pre-sales domain.
• Proven knowledge of the enterprise market in the META region.
• English: B2 required
