What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and expense management.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Supervise wallet transaction accounting, settlement cycles, and ensure safeguarding of customer funds in line with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor liquidity positions, cash flow, support treasury activities, and escalate risks in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations, support regulatory reporting, and maintain strong internal financial controls.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning activities, and assist management in financial decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor finance staff, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of finance experience, ideally within fintech, payments, or regulated financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and EMI/payment regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with treasury, reconciliations, and safeguarding structures.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
