What you will do

• Own and maintain media relations in Norway by building strong relationships with journalists and handling media inquiries and press events.
• Collaborate closely with Public Policy on key regulatory topics and public affairs matters in Norway.
• Work together with marketing and social media teams to deliver integrated communication campaigns.
• Manage communication crises and provide timely, effective responses when issues arise.
• Train and prepare spokespeople and support brand-related activities to ensure consistent representation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in PR, including building and maintaining a strong network of journalists.
• Flawless written and spoken English and Norwegian.
• Proven experience building and executing PR strategies with a track record of shaping long-term public narratives.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments with a proactive, get-it-done attitude.
