What you will do
- Engage high-potential prospects and onboard new customers by crafting compelling narratives for 's marketplace.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building deep, value-driven relationships and driving solutions.
- Identify and execute opportunities to expand client engagement through up-selling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Collaborate with SDRs, TAMs, and CS teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and flawless handoffs.
- Leverage key metrics like GMV, Active Buyers, and Retention to refine strategies and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with product teams, providing customer feedback to drive innovation and maintain market leadership.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, Hindi, Gujrati.
- Passion for high-growth environments and a relentless drive to achieve goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and an analytical approach to decision-making.
Nice to have
- Experience in the B2B marketplace, tech industry, or luxury goods market.
- Strong data analytics skills, with a history of using insights to drive business decisions.
- Advanced knowledge of sales methodologies and customer lifecycle management.
