What you will do
- Create and execute compliance vision and strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Support Group Compliance with LATAM-related projects, monitoring, and guidance.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with local (Chilean) and international laws, including licence applications and audit submissions.
- Develop and update internal policies reflecting the Chilean regulatory environment.
- Act as the Company’s representative with the CMF and other external stakeholders.
- Review and perform customer KYC tasks, including OCDD and ECDD, and manage unusual activity investigations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in compliance within financial services (ideally investments).
- Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations, including CMF.
- Experience in retail investments, trading, or retail financial services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of AML and financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- ICA, ACAMS or other AML-related qualifications.
