Location: Primarily based in Chile for local compliance responsibilities, with flexible and hybrid working options, including remote work for up to 6 weeks per year.

What you will do

• Create and execute compliance vision and strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Support Group Compliance with LATAM-related projects, monitoring, and guidance.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with local (Chilean) and international laws, including licence applications and audit submissions.
• Develop and update internal policies reflecting the Chilean regulatory environment.
• Act as the Company’s representative with the CMF and other external stakeholders.
• Review and perform customer KYC tasks, including OCDD and ECDD, and manage unusual activity investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in compliance within financial services (ideally investments).
• Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations, including CMF.
• Experience in retail investments, trading, or retail financial services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AML and financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• ICA, ACAMS or other AML-related qualifications.
