What you will do

• Lead initiatives to improve UI/UX consistency of the backoffice platform.
• Collaborate with the Backoffice Platform team to create and improve features.
• Analyze usage metrics and adoption to inform future product decisions.
• Mentor and guide junior frontend developers within the organization.
• Work on a backoffice permissioning overhaul and external partner access.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of React, TypeScript, and working with design systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and engineers.
• Experience with Grafana or a similar observability tool.
• Background in B2B SaaS or FinTech.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom, Spain, or Portugal.
• English: B2 required.
