Location: This role embraces a flexible hybrid work model and is exclusively open to candidates with active work authorization in the US in New York, NY, San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, Seattle, WA, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, and Washington, D.C. Team members in the New York City office are required to work onsite three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Those based in other hub cities are encouraged to attend quarterly Work Together Days within their cities.

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between enterprise SaaS systems, internal tools, identity platforms, and data services.
• Develop workflows, automation, and orchestration logic for user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and data synchronization.
• Evaluate integration approaches (API-based, event-driven, middleware, ETL/ELT) to select reliable, performing, and secure solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies, driving root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to the integration architecture strategy and provide Level 2 support for users.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience building integrations or automation in enterprise environments, preferably within high-growth SaaS or cloud-native organizations.
• Deep experience with integration or automation platforms like Workato (experience in BetterCloud or Zapier is a plus).
• Experience with Identity and Access Management products such as Okta.
• Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS ecosystems like Google Workspace, Jamf, Atlassian, and Slack.
• Experience working with HRIS/Finance/CRM tools such as ADP and Salesforce.
• Strong proficiency with APIs, webhooks, authentication standards (OAuth, SAML, SCIM), and event-driven architectures.
• Experience developing integrations using Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
• Strong debugging, testing, and observability skills in production integration environments.
