What you will do

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to analyze automation needs and provide deliverables.
• Develop and implement batch jobs, workflows, and software components using workload automation software.
• Support batch optimization and reporting, including IT SOX Audit controls for batch jobs and access management.
• Work cross-functionally to analyze and resolve batch problems.
• Provide direct support of batch processing, including incident management and incident resolution through on-call rotation.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and support other workload automation users and teams.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of workflow development and engineering experience with workflow automation tools.
• Proficiency at coding scripts in Unix, Linux and Windows system interface languages.
• Operating System fluency with Linux, UNIX, AIX, and Windows.
• High attention to detail, well-organized, and a self-starter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
