hirify.global is an organization looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Lead to manage their complex IT environment.
What you will do
- Design and maintain office network infrastructure including routing, switching, VLAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Manage firewall policies, VPN tunnels, and ensure network performance and security.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server services.
- Oversee endpoint management for Windows, Mac, and Linux, including patching and vulnerability management.
- Maintain storage, backup systems, and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
- Lead the IT support team and manage IT operations for 300+ users, including asset management and remote access.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years in IT Infrastructure / Network / Systems.
- At least 2+ years leading an IT support/infrastructure team.
- Must have current, hands-on experience working with enterprise network hardware (routing, switching, firewall), specifically Cisco and MikroTik.
- Proficiency in complex office networking, Firewall + VPN (Fortinet/Mikrotik/Sophos/Cisco/Palo Alto – any), Active Directory + Group Policy.
- Experience with Windows + Linux administration, and basic to intermediate Mac support.
- Strong troubleshooting ability for real-world production incidents.
- B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering.
Nice to have
- Experience in BPO, call center, or large user environments (200+ users).
- ISO 27001 / SOC2 readiness experience.
- Cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure) for hybrid connectivity.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix/PRTG/Grafana/ELK) and Zero Trust / MFA / SSO.
