What you will do

• Design and update job descriptions in cooperation with Hiring Managers.
• Oversee and maintain advertisement of job openings on different platforms.
• Implement strategic initiatives for global talent acquisition.
• Conduct candidate interviews for all-level IT positions.
• Work on different hiring models for clients (direct-hire, contract-to-hire, vendor, team augmentation).
• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist in the IT industry.
• Experience acquiring talent across different IT career paths (SD, QA, Management).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
• Experience in building and maintaining strong networks.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (C1+).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and IT job boards.
