What you will do
- Design and update job descriptions in cooperation with Hiring Managers.
- Oversee and maintain advertisement of job openings on different platforms.
- Implement strategic initiatives for global talent acquisition.
- Conduct candidate interviews for all-level IT positions.
- Work on different hiring models for clients (direct-hire, contract-to-hire, vendor, team augmentation).
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist in the IT industry.
- Experience acquiring talent across different IT career paths (SD, QA, Management).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong networks.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (C1+).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and IT job boards.
