Salary: $118,800 - $198,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Work closely with quest and cinematic designers to understand their needs.
- Build and maintain story-related plugins to meet creative and technical goals.
- Ensure tools run efficiently without sacrificing performance for smooth design workflows.
- Write high-quality, optimized, and bug-free code aligned with project goals.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to effectively integrate tools across game systems.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional programming experience within the game industry.
- Strong proficiency in C++ programming and knowledge of Unreal Engine 5.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome technical challenges.
- Ability to interpret the needs of less technical people and communicate workflow.
- Experience with Unreal’s cinematic sequencer.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working on Story or Quest tools.
