What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain complex, scalable mobile applications using Flutter for a mobile banking product.
• Participate in technical planning and solution design, including application architecture and technology selection.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure secure, stable, and high-performance mobile solutions.
• Implement and maintain reusable libraries, shared components, and design system elements across Flutter applications.
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness on iOS and Android devices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues; continuously improve code quality and maintainability.
• Prepare applications for release and manage publishing to App Store, Google Play, and AppGallery.
• Contribute to technical decision-making, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in Flutter development.

Requirements

• Experience as a Flutter Developer for 2+ years.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Solid hands-on experience with Dart and Flutter framework in production environments.
• Proven experience developing high-load, large-scale mobile applications.
• Practical experience with BLoC architecture patterns and state management.
• Deep understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Solid understanding of HTTP, REST, JSON, WebSockets, and GraphQL.
• Experience working with Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging).
• Experience with Flutter Method Channels and interoperability with Java/Kotlin or Objective-C/Swift.
• English: Intermediate+ (B2) required.
