What you will do

• Own and architect the technical vision for the multi-platform design system.
• Drive core design system initiatives, ensuring foundations scale effectively across all platforms and products.
• Align engineering platform teams around shared design system goals and priorities.
• Shape the design system vision, strategy, and roadmap from an engineering perspective.
• Develop technical metrics and advocate for the design system within the engineering organization.
• Lead continuous improvement, identify opportunities, and drive them forward.

Requirements

• Experience working in a design system team or as a contributor to a design system initiative.
• Proven leadership in complex cross-team projects, ideally in a multi-platform setting.
• Practical experience working with multiple platforms (web + iOS/Android/React Native).
• Strong communication skills, capable of representing diverse interests.
• A systems thinker, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
