Technical Program Manager (Fintech): Owns Reporting & Audit as a product, with end-to-end responsibility for reporting process re-engineering, metric standardization, and governance. Focus on defining operational and control reporting, eliminating manual metrics, and ensuring audit and regulatory readiness through clear definitions and reliable controls.

Location: Remote work is possible, preferred time zones GMT+4 to GMT+10. New office in Manila, Philippines. Relocation support for eligible candidates to Philippines is available.

What you will do

• Analyze and re-engineer reporting processes, reducing manual effort and improving reliability.
• Define internal operational reports and control dashboards for key processes (throughput, SLA, backlog, exceptions, losses, controls).
• Own audit and regulatory readiness, including metric definitions, traceability, and governance.
• Maintain reporting artifacts such as metric definitions, report specifications, and data mappings.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live for critical reporting, including demos and training.
• Work with Data Analyst and data platform teams to translate needs into datasets and dashboards, aligning stakeholders on definitions.
• Own Reporting & Audit as a product, including scope, priorities, outcomes, roadmap shaping, and prioritization.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a Technical Program Manager, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Reporting Product Owner in banking or fintech.
• Strong reporting and KPI design skills, with experience in metric definition and stakeholder alignment.
• Understanding of auditability, including traceability, evidence, control monitoring, and governance.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery and experience with Jira and Confluence or equivalent tools.
• Proactive mindset, identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and driving improvements with strong ownership.
• Strong English communication skills.
