What you will do
- Define and execute the cross-sell strategy across all products.
- Identify and unlock new revenue pools within the existing customer base.
- Develop optimal pricing and monetization strategies.
- Challenge and evolve scoring and segmentation approaches.
- Lead a cross-functional squad of product, analytics, risk, and growth experts.
Requirements
- Strong analytical foundation.
- Advanced SQL and/or Python proficiency.
- Deep understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing.
- 3+ years in Product, Financial Analytics, Growth, or similar analytical leadership roles.
- 1+ year leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.
Nice to have
- Experience working with recommendation systems, pricing models, credit/risk products, or monetization engines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM (Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, etc.) or Economics.
