What you will do

• Analyze and document business requirements, system specifications, and workflows.
• Design and configure system solutions on the Creatio platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and integrations.
• Model business processes using BPMN notation.
• Develop and maintain detailed system documentation.
• Analyze integration requirements, define data flows, and manage data mapping for seamless integration across platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with the Creatio platform or other low-code/no-code platforms is preferred.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and business process management.
• Proficiency in BPMN notation for business process modeling and process optimization.
• Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
